Straight answers
ACE Websites is a small practice — one person handling design, build, and billing, which is why quotes are fixed and communication is direct. The work is static HTML and CSS: fast to load, cheap to host, and easy for anyone to maintain later.
How long does a website take?
About a week, once content and photos are supplied.
What if I don't like the design?
One revision round is included. Anything inside the agreed scope gets revised until it's right.
Who owns the website?
You do. The source files and the account logins are handed over at launch.
Do you write the content?
We edit what you send. Drafting pages from scratch is $50 per page.
Do you offer monthly plans?
No retainers. Builds are flat-priced — $1,000 if you host the files yourself, or $750 plus $100 a year if we host it, which covers maintenance and the domain. Otherwise updates are $75 an hour.
Is there a discount?
Yes — 10% off either plan if you let us use your finished site as a sample on this page.
